We email you a prepaid USPS label, so shipping costs you nothing. Sign out of iCloud first, which switches Activation Lock off. Then erase the iPad and box it. Keep your Apple Pencil, keyboard and case at home. We cannot pay for accessories and they only get lost in transit.

Yes, at every grade and every storage size, and the gap grows with capacity. Near the top of the grid it is about $25 at 128GB and at 256GB, about $75 at 512GB and about $105 at 1TB. It narrows as the condition drops: on a Faulty tablet the same gap is $5 at 128GB and $21 at 1TB. It is wide enough at the top to beat a storage upgrade, so a 512GB WiFi + Cellular model outpays a 1TB WiFi one at all six grades. At Flawless the 512GB Cellular pays $525 against $520 for the 1TB WiFi. There is no carrier lock on an iPad Air 11-inch (M4), so the network it ran on makes no difference to your price.
Yes. Any crack or chip puts the iPad Air 11-inch (M4) into the Faulty grade. Faulty is a price, not a refusal. A cracked 128GB WiFi model pays $62. A cracked 1TB WiFi model pays $94. Choose Faulty when you quote and nothing changes when the tablet reaches us.
