It does. The ROG Phone 9 Pro has two USB-C ports, one on the bottom and one on the long edge, and both of them are part of the phone. If either port has stopped charging or stopped passing data, the phone grades Faulty. Plug a cable into each one and watch for the charging icon before you choose a grade. The side port is the one people forget, because it only gets used when the phone is held sideways.

Yes. Those 648 mini LEDs are a component like any other. If a patch of them has gone dark, or the panel does not light at all, the phone is Faulty. Run any of the built-in animations in Armoury Crate in a dim room and watch for gaps.

No. There is no percentage to hit and no screen to go and read. Battery only enters the grade the way everything else does: if it has genuinely stopped working, the phone is Faulty. A 5,800mAh battery that still gets you through a day is not something you need to think about here.

It can, because it is an AMOLED panel, and burn-in grades Faulty. Here is the test. Put the phone in a dark room, turn the brightness right up and open a plain white image full screen. Look for the ghost of anything the phone shows all the time: the status bar icons across the top, the navigation bar at the bottom, or a game HUD if you play one title for hours. A patch that fades within a second is afterimage and costs you nothing. A shape that stays put while the picture behind it changes is burn-in. Quote it as Faulty and send it anyway.

Usually nothing, and that is not us being rude about them. US carriers never sold this phone, so it is not on their list and their tools tend to return a zero or refuse the model outright. That is the practical reason to come to somebody who buys the ROG line on purpose. A clean 1TB pays $466 here.

We cannot buy that one. A phone with no power cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared off it, and we will not put a price on something we cannot open. What we will do is recycle it for free. Send it on a free label and it gets a DoD-grade wipe and proper disposal. Ask for it back instead and the return is free too.

Not while the lock is on. A Google account lock, sometimes called FRP, stops the next owner setting the phone up at all, so we cannot buy it at any grade. Sign out of your Google account and erase the phone before it leaves you and it quotes normally. Anything reported lost or stolen, or blocked by a network, we have to turn down as well.
