That is Faulty too. On Android phones we work from one principle rather than a list: if something on the phone does not work, the phone is Faulty. Volume keys that no longer click, a power button with the fingerprint reader in it that will not read your thumb, a USB-C port that only charges when you hold the cable at an angle, a camera that will not focus. All the same answer. It is still a price, just a lower one.

Not by itself. We have no battery percentage rule on Android phones, so there is no health screen to go looking for and no number to hit. A 4000 mAh battery in a 2017 phone will not last the way it used to and that is expected. The only time the battery touches your grade is when it has actually failed, meaning it will not charge or the phone shuts off with charge showing, and then it is a functionality fault like any other.

Keep all of it. The Razer Phone has no headphone jack, so Razer included a THX USB-C dongle in the box, and owners often assume that dongle is part of the phone. It is not priced into any grade, and neither is the charger or the packaging. Nothing is required in the box except the phone. Sending extras just gives them a chance to get lost.

We cannot buy a phone that will not power up. Two reasons, and both are practical. We cannot test what we cannot switch on, and we cannot confirm your data is gone. So there is no price for that one.
