A OnePlus 7 Pro 5G tops out at $26 with us. Here is the part nobody likes saying: the 5G version pays less than the plain OnePlus 7 Pro, not more. The badge on the box was worth a lot in 2019 and it is worth nothing to a buyer in 2026, so we are not going to pretend otherwise.
Most people call it a trade-in. We call it a Buyback, and the reason we can be straight about a number like that is that we are the ones buying it.
Be aware of one gap before you read the table. The 128GB OnePlus 7 Pro 5G is not carrying a price with us today. Every figure on this page that pays belongs to a 256GB phone. Those 128GB cells come straight off our own feed, so the moment it fills in, so does this page.
The thing that actually costs people money on this model is the shape of the glass. Both long edges curve away from you, and a curved edge meets the floor before anything else does. Chips start there, hide in the bend, and are almost invisible looking straight down at the screen.
So do this before you pick a grade. Hold the phone under a single lamp, tilt it until the light rakes across one long edge, and run a fingernail from the top corner to the bottom. A nail that glides is wear. A nail that catches and steps over something is usually a chip in the glass, and a chip anywhere on this phone means Faulty, even though the screen still works perfectly. Then do the other edge.
We buy these used or broken, and we quote before you commit to anything. The one we cannot buy is a phone that will not power on, because it cannot be tested and your photos and messages cannot be cleared off it. That one we recycle free. Holding the 4G version instead? We send a prepaid USPS label. Remove your Google account, factory reset the phone, and wrap it well enough that the pop-up camera does not take a knock on the way. No charger, no case, no box needed.
A person checks it within 48 hours of arrival and tells you what they found. If it is what you described, payment leaves that day by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Every phone gets a Department of Defense grade wipe either way.

Because resale value follows what buyers want, and the 5G radio in this phone was built for an early network layout that has moved on. It is not a fault and it is not a judgement about your phone. It is just where the market is, and we would rather you saw both numbers than found out afterwards.
Our feed has no figure for the 128GB right now. It is a data gap, not a decision, and it has been reported so it can be fixed. Those cells read live, which means the page corrects itself as soon as the feed does. Until then the 256GB column is the part of this table we can stand behind.
Nothing on the outside will tell you. Same 206 grams, same curved screen, same pop-up camera, same colors. Open Settings, tap About device, and read the model number. GM1925 is the 5G. GM1910, GM1911, GM1913, GM1915 and GM1917 are the 4G OnePlus 7 Pro, which quotes on its own page for a different amount. Quoting the wrong one just means we email you the corrected figure, but it is quicker to check now.
Yes. Cracks and chips put the phone in Faulty, and Faulty is a price rather than a rejection: $3 on a 256GB. Say so at the quote step and the figure you see is the figure you get paid. Hiding it only means we find it at inspection and have to come back to you.
One lamp, no ceiling light. Tilt the phone until the light runs along one long edge rather than into it, then drag a fingernail the full length. Gliding means surface wear. Catching means look harder, because chips live in that curve and they are hidden from anyone looking straight down at the screen. Repeat on the other side and on all four corners.
It can. The module has to rise, sit level and drop back on its own. If it grinds, sticks, arrives crooked or stays down, that part has stopped working, and on any Android phone we buy, something that does not work means Faulty. Cycle it five times in the camera app to be sure. A one-off slow rise after months in a drawer is usually just dust.
No. We have no battery percentage rule on Android phones at all, so do not go looking for a health screen on this one. An aging battery is expected on a 2019 handset and does not touch your grade. The only version that matters is a battery that has actually failed, and that falls under the same rule as any other broken component.
It can be, because the panel is AMOLED and this one ran at a high resolution for years. Look for a ghost of the navigation bar or the status icons. Full white image, brightness up, tilt it in the light. Anything still visible is burn-in, and burn-in grades Faulty.
Those are two different answers. Carrier locked is fine, it simply prices differently, so choose the carrier honestly in the quote tool. Blacklisted is not fine. A handset reported lost or stolen, blocked by a network, or still signed in to a Google account we cannot clear cannot be bought at any grade, and there is no way around that at inspection.
Settings, Accounts, remove the Google account. Then Settings, System, Reset options, erase all data. That order matters, because the account has to come off before the reset for the lock to clear. It does. Anything still on an installment plan or a lease is under a financial obligation, and we do not purchase devices under financial obligations. Clear the balance first and the phone quotes normally after that.
Not as a sale, no. A dead phone cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared off it, so we will not price it. We will take it for free recycling on a free label, wipe it to Department of Defense standards, and dispose of it responsibly, or post it back to you at no charge. Both beat a drawer.
They do not. The Warp Charge brick, the cable, the bumper case and the box are not priced in, and nothing is required in the box on this model. Send the phone by itself and keep the rest.
Look at the two figures side by side before deciding. Carrier offers on a six year old 5G handset are usually bill credit tied to a new line, paid out monthly, and often zero for anything cracked. Ours is cash, up to $26, paid the day the phone clears inspection, and we quote damaged phones.
