SELL YOUR MOTOROLA RAZR 2025
A Motorola Razr 2025 pays somewhere between $27 and $160. You choose the condition, we hold that number for 14 days, and a real person checks the phone when it lands.
Most people call it a trade-in. We call it a Buyback, and the difference is that we tell you what we found instead of quietly changing the offer.
On a flip phone, the part that decides most of the arguments is the hinge. Here is a test that takes five seconds. Open the Razr to roughly a right angle, stand it on a table like a little tent, and let go. It should sit there. If it sags shut, springs open, grinds as it moves, or leaves a gap when you close it, the hinge is no longer working properly, and anything that does not work makes the phone Faulty.
A soft click as it opens is fine. Motorola built these to make a sound. Grinding is a different noise and you will know it when you hear it.
The line you can see across the middle of the inner screen is the crease. It is not a fault, it is how the panel folds, and it costs you nothing.
We buy the Motorola Razr 2025 used, worn or broken, and we will still quote one with a split screen. If you have been looking for where to sell a Motorola Razr 2025 without posting it to a stranger, the label is prepaid, the return is free, and we wipe every phone to DoD standards on arrival.
LIVE PRICES

HOW IT WORKS
Do the table test on the hinge, look over both screens, then pick your grade. Your Buyback price is locked the moment you accept it and stays locked for 14 days.
A prepaid USPS label arrives by email. Take your Google account off the phone, erase it, then pad it well and close the box. Keep the charger and the case. Neither one is priced in.
We open the box, check the phone against your description, and clear it within 48 hours. Payment leaves the same day by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Everything that comes through here gets a DoD-grade wipe, bought or not.

MOTOROLA RAZR 2025 BUYBACK QUESTIONS
A Motorola Razr 2025 in Good condition, meaning light wear you cannot spot at arm's length, is worth $135 today. A step down from that is $117, and a phone with real marks on it is $81. Storage is not part of the sum here because we only buy the 256GB version.
Stand the phone half open on a flat surface and let go. A healthy Razr holds the angle you set. A tired one closes itself, pushes itself open, or wobbles.
Then close it fully and look along the edge. It should shut flat with the two halves meeting. A hinge that will not hold, that grinds, or that leaves the phone gaping is a functional fault, so it grades Faulty even if both screens are spotless.
One thing that is not a fault: noise on the way open. Some sound is normal, particularly on the earlier Razr models.
No, that is the crease, and every folding phone in the world has one. The screen bends there, so over time you can see it and feel it. It is part of the design, not wear, and it does not push you down a grade. Grade the phone on everything else.
Good is light wear that is invisible at arm's length. Hold the phone out at reading distance, open and closed. If nothing jumps out and you have to hunt for marks under a lamp, that is Good. Once the wear is obvious from where you are standing but your fingernail still glides over it, you are into Average. Once you can feel it, Fair. Any crack or chip at all, Faulty.
Yes, and it still carries a number. A crack or a chip on the inner screen, the cover screen, the back or the camera glass all land in the same place: Faulty, which pays $27 on this model. Tell us it is cracked when you quote, send it, get paid. There is no penalty for damage you declared.
No, and no. There is no battery percentage rule on a Motorola Razr 2025. We are not going to ask you for a number and there is no menu on the phone we expect you to go and find. Battery only affects the grade if it has failed outright, and at that point it is a fault like any other and the phone grades Faulty.
Burn-in grades Faulty. Both screens on a Razr are OLED, so both can hold a ghost of whatever sat there long enough, and the cover screen is the usual suspect because the clock lives on it. Put a plain white image on each screen at full brightness and look for a shadow. If you find one, choose Faulty. It is not a rejection, only a lower price.
They look almost identical, so check Settings, About phone. XT2553 is the 2025, XT2453 is the 2024. The 2025 also runs a Dimensity 7400X where the older one runs a 7300X. If yours turns out to be the earlier phone, its prices sit on our sell your Motorola Razr 2024 page.
That one we have to turn down. With no power we cannot test the phone and we cannot clear your data off it, and paying for an untested phone is not something we do. Free recycling is on the table instead. Post it on a free label, we wipe it to DoD standards and dispose of it properly, or we send it straight back at no cost.
Then it cannot be bought at any grade. An FRP or Google account lock makes the phone unusable to us, exactly like a phone reported lost or stolen or blocked by its carrier. Take the account off first, then reset. Doing it the other way around leaves the lock in place.
Not while there is a balance on it. We do not purchase devices under financial obligations, which covers installment plans and leases. Pay it off, then the phone is yours to sell and this page works normally.
No. Nothing is required in the box. The phone by itself is the whole shipment, and accessories are not priced into the quote.
Compare them properly before deciding. A carrier gives you bill credit, spread across two or three years, and tied to staying with them. We pay cash once, and a clean Motorola Razr 2025 is worth $160 here. If the credit beats that, take it. Often it does not, and it is worth doing the arithmetic before signing up for another contract.
Settings, Passwords and accounts, remove the Google account. Then Settings, System, Reset options, Erase all data. Your photos, messages and saved passwords are erased and they cannot be recovered. Our erase your device page walks through it with pictures. We run our own DoD-grade wipe on arrival, but yours should come off before it leaves your house.
The same day your Razr clears inspection, which is within 48 hours of it reaching us. Gift cards land by email and pay about 3 percent more, because the brands add a bonus on top. PayPal is instant and PayPal charges 2.99 percent. Bank transfers take 2 to 4 days, checks 3 to 5. A sealed Brand New phone can only be paid through PayPal.
Test the hinge, pick your grade, and the number is yours for 14 days. Free label, free return.
