SELL YOUR MOTOROLA RAZR 2024
A Motorola Razr 2024 pays between $13 and $80. Pick the condition that matches your phone, take the number, and we hold it for 14 days.
Most people call it a trade-in. We call it a Buyback, and the reason the price is different is that a person opens your phone and checks it by hand. No kiosk, no guess.
Now open yours and run a fingernail slowly down the middle of the inner screen. You will feel a shallow dip. That is the crease. Every folding phone has one, it arrives with the phone, and it is not damage. It does not cost you a grade, and you should not grade yourself Faulty over it.
What does count is anything your nail catches on that is not that dip. Wear you can feel across the panel is heavy wear. A crack or a chip, on the inner screen or the little one on the outside, is Faulty either way.
Nothing needs to come in the box. Send the phone on its own.
Where to sell a Motorola Razr 2024 really comes down to who will quote a folding phone at all. We buy them used, worn and broken, and we will still put a number on one with a split screen. Shipping is free in both directions, so a return costs you nothing.
LIVE PRICES
The used resale value of a Motorola Razr 2024 runs from $13 for a cracked one up to $80 for a sealed phone that was never switched on. Every figure is 256GB and unlocked.
These come straight off our live price feed, so they are the same numbers the quote tool at the top of this page will show you.
| Comparison row | 256GB |
|---|---|
Brand New | $80 |
Flawless | $80 |
Good | $65 |
Average | $57 |
Fair | $39 |
Faulty | $13 |
HOW IT WORKS
Open the phone, run a fingernail over both screens, then pick the grade that matches what you felt. The Buyback price you accept is locked for 14 days, so a slow week in the post cannot move it.
We email you a prepaid USPS label. Sign out of your Google account, erase the phone, and fold it into a padded box. Leave the charger, the case and the original packaging at home. They add nothing to the price.
Your Razr clears inspection within 48 hours of landing here. If it matches what you told us, payment leaves the same day by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Every phone gets a DoD-grade wipe, whether we buy it or recycle it.

The model number is printed in the small text on the SIM tray screen under Settings, About phone. It is the fastest way to tell a 2024 Razr from a 2025 one.

MOTOROLA RAZR 2024 BUYBACK QUESTIONS
It depends on wear, and almost nothing else, because we only buy the 256GB unlocked model. A phone in Average condition pays $57. Clean it up to Good and it is $65. Heavy wear you can feel drops it to $39. Those are the three grades most sellers land in.
No. The crease is how a folding screen works. The panel bends in the same place every time you shut the phone, and after a few weeks you can see and feel where that is. It came that way, it is not damage, and it does not move your grade by a dollar.
Sellers grade themselves Faulty over this every week and cost themselves real money. Do not be one of them. Pick the grade that matches the rest of the phone and ignore the line down the middle.
Average is light wear you cannot feel with a fingernail. Run your nail across the back, the frame and both screens. If it glides and only your eyes find the marks, that is Average. If the nail stops or drops into something, that is heavier and the grade is Fair. If it finds a crack or a chip anywhere, the grade is Faulty regardless of how well the phone works. The crease does not count in any of this.
Yes. A cracked Razr is a price, not a refusal. Any crack or chip, inner screen, cover screen, back or camera glass, grades Faulty, and Faulty on this model pays $13. Choose Faulty when you quote and nothing changes when it reaches us. Selling a broken Motorola Razr 2024 works the same way as selling a clean one, for a smaller number.
No. There is no battery percentage rule on this phone and no screen we will send you looking for. Android does not report battery health the way an iPhone does, and we do not grade on it. The only way the battery touches your price is if it has actually stopped working, and that falls under the same rule as anything else that does not work: the phone grades Faulty.
If the hinge no longer works properly, the phone is Faulty. That means it will not hold an angle, it grinds, or it does not close flush. Some sound when you open a Razr is normal, especially on the older ones, so a soft click on the way open is nothing to worry about. Grinding is not the same as clicking, and you will know the difference when you hear it.
Look at the screen on the outside. The Razr 2024 has a 3.6-inch cover screen that stops short of the cameras. The Razr Plus 2024 has a 4.0-inch one that runs right around both camera lenses. If the glass wraps the cameras, you have the Plus, and its prices are on our sell your Motorola Razr Plus 2024 page.
We cannot buy that one. A phone with no power cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared off it, and we will not pay for something we could not check. Send it in anyway on a free label and we will recycle it for nothing, with the same DoD-grade wipe we run on everything else. Ask for it back and the return is free too.
Then we cannot buy it at any grade. A Google account lock, sometimes called FRP, leaves the phone useless to anyone but you. Remove your account before you erase the phone, not after, because a factory reset on its own does not clear it. Same answer for anything reported lost or stolen or blocked by a carrier.
Not yet. A phone still on an installment plan or a lease belongs partly to somebody else, and we do not purchase devices under financial obligations. Settle the balance, own it outright, then quote it here and nothing about the process changes.
The phone. That is the whole list. The charger, the cable, the case and the box are not priced in, so sending them adds nothing and only gives them a chance to go missing.
Usually less, and always as credit rather than money. A carrier hands you a monthly bill discount spread over two or three years, and it disappears if you leave. We send cash, once, by whichever method you picked, and a Motorola Razr 2024 in Good condition is worth $65 here. Compare that against the credit you were offered before you commit to another two years.
Open Settings, tap Passwords and accounts, and remove your Google account first. Then go to Settings, System, Reset options, and choose Erase all data. Your photos, messages and saved passwords are erased and they cannot be recovered. There is a walkthrough on our erase your device page. We run a DoD-grade wipe when it arrives as well, but yours needs to come off first.
You pick at checkout from four methods. A gift card is emailed and works out about 3 percent better, because the brands add a bonus. PayPal is instant, and PayPal takes a 2.99 percent fee out of it. A bank transfer takes 2 to 4 days, a mailed check 3 to 5. Whichever you choose, it goes out the same day your Razr clears inspection. One exception: a sealed Brand New phone is paid by PayPal only.
Pick your condition, take the number, and we hold it for 14 days. The label is free and so is the return.
