SELL YOUR BLACKBERRY KEY2 LE
A BlackBerry KEY2 LE pays from $20 to $145 right now. Storage and wear decide where in that range you land, and the whole quote takes about a minute.
Most people call it a trade-in. We call it a Buyback, and the number is different because a person checks the phone rather than a machine.
First, make sure you have an LE. This is the model people get wrong more than any other BlackBerry, because the two phones look almost identical from across a table. The fastest test is storage. Open Settings, then Storage. If it says 32GB, you are holding a KEY2 LE, because the standard KEY2 was never sold in 32GB. If it says 128GB, it is a standard KEY2 and its prices live on a different page.
The slower test is the label. Take the back cover off and read the sticker, or look in Settings, About phone. BBE100 is a KEY2 LE. BBF100 is the standard BlackBerry KEY2. Two more giveaways you can check without opening anything: the LE weighs 156 g against the KEY2's 168 g, and the LE has a plastic frame where the KEY2 has aluminum, so it feels lighter in the hand than it looks.
Getting this right matters because the two phones do not pay the same, and picking the wrong page means picking the wrong price. Quote the phone you actually have.
TCL stopped making BlackBerry phones in 2020, so nothing has replaced the LE and nothing will. We still buy them used, broken or working. If you are looking for where to sell a BlackBerry KEY2 LE for cash, the label is free in both directions and you keep the phone if you do not like the offer.

HOW IT WORKS
Check Settings, Storage first so you know whether you have the LE or the standard KEY2. Then pick 32GB or 64GB, pick unlocked or your carrier, and pick the grade. The Buyback price you accept holds for 14 days.
A prepaid USPS label arrives by email. Before you pack it, remove your Google account and run a factory reset, because a phone that arrives still signed in cannot be bought. Wrap the phone, tape the box, done. No charger, no case, no original packaging needed.
We test the phone by hand within 48 hours of it landing, keyboard included. Matching what you described means payment leaves that same day, by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Every phone gets a DoD-grade wipe on arrival, bought or not.

BLACKBERRY KEY2 LE BUYBACK QUESTIONS
A 64GB KEY2 LE in Average condition, meaning light wear you cannot feel with a fingernail, pays $103. The 32GB version of that same phone pays $85. Clean it up to Flawless and the 64GB is $138. Run the quote tool above for your exact one.
Storage answers it in five seconds. Open Settings, then Storage. 32GB means LE, because the standard KEY2 never came in 32GB. 128GB means standard KEY2, because the LE never came in 128GB. Only 64GB is shared between them.
If yours is a 64GB, check the model number in Settings, About phone. BBE100 is the LE. BBF100 is the standard one, and that phone has its own page with its own prices at sell your BlackBerry KEY2. You can also just pick it up: the LE is 156 g and plastic framed, the KEY2 is 168 g and aluminum framed.
They are separate products with separate demand, so they carry separate numbers. The LE was the cheaper phone when new, with a slower chip, less memory and a smaller battery, but new prices from 2018 do not decide what a used phone is worth today. What we pay tracks what people are paying now for the exact model. Quote both if you are not sure which one you own, and use whichever page matches the model number on the label.
Yes, at the Faulty grade. Anything on the phone that has stopped working puts it there, and the keyboard is no exception. Type a full line of text before you quote, including the punctuation keys, and see whether every press registers first time. A 64GB LE in that state pays $24. Tell us up front and the number does not move when it arrives.
You can. A crack or a chip, anywhere on the phone, is Faulty. That is true even when the phone works perfectly, and it is true for a chip on the camera glass or the plastic frame as well as the screen. A 32GB pays $20 in that condition. Choose Faulty at the quote step so the price you see is the price you get.
No need. The LE screen is an LCD, and burn-in only happens on OLED panels. Nothing on this phone can ghost a keyboard or a status bar into the glass. Skip that check and spend the time on the keyboard instead.
Flawless means no marks at all. Good means light wear that disappears at arm's length. Average means marks you can see but cannot feel with a fingernail. Fair means wear you can feel, with no cracks. Faulty covers any crack or chip and anything that has stopped working. On an LE the plastic frame around the keyboard scuffs before the screen does, so run a nail along the edges before you decide.
No. There is no battery health rule on this phone and no percentage to hit. Do not go looking for a battery screen, because it will not decide anything. The only way the battery affects the grade is if it has genuinely failed, which is a functionality issue like any other and lands the phone in Faulty.
For a 2018 BlackBerry, carriers mostly will not take it at all, and where they do the offer is credit against a new phone rather than money you can spend. We pay cash by the method you pick. The other comparison worth making is against doing nothing. A KEY2 LE in a drawer is worth less every quarter, and our number is on this page today rather than whenever you get around to it.
No. Nothing is required in the box. Chargers, cables, cases and original packaging are not priced into the quote on any BlackBerry, so keep them or throw them out. Just the phone.
Clear it before you send it. A Google account lock, or FRP, means nobody else can set the phone up, so we cannot buy it at any grade until it is off. Remove the account in Settings, then factory reset. The same refusal applies to phones reported lost or stolen, blacklisted, or blocked by a carrier. A locked phone that reaches us goes back to you at our cost.
Then we cannot buy it, because a dead phone cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared from it. We will recycle it free with a DoD-grade wipe, or post it back to you free, whichever you prefer. Try a wall charger for an hour before you decide, since a phone that has been in a drawer for two years often looks dead when it is only flat.
Same day as your inspection clears, and inspection happens within 48 hours of the phone reaching us. Gift card is emailed and runs about 3 percent above the other options because the brands top it up. PayPal is instant with a 2.99 percent PayPal fee. Bank transfer is 2 to 4 days, a check 3 to 5. Sealed Brand New phones are paid by PayPal only.
Check Settings for 32GB or 64GB, pick your grade, and we hold the number for 14 days.
