The thing that makes this tablet unusual is the surface of the screen. The Tab S10 Plus and the Tab S10 Ultra are the two tablets Samsung built with an anti-reflective display, a matte layer bonded into the glass instead of the usual shiny finish. It is the reason you can use one under a window. It is also why wear on this screen does not look like wear on any other Galaxy Tab.
So check it this way. Turn the screen off, hold the tablet under a bright lamp and tilt it slowly. On a glossy tablet you are hunting for scratches. On this one you are looking for dull patches and fine swirls where the coating has been rubbed thin, usually along the strip where a keyboard cover sat against the glass. Then drag a fingernail across the screen. If it catches on anything, that counts as a scratch, even if you cannot see it. Coating haze you can only see at an angle is light wear. A line your nail drops into is not.
WiFi + Cellular tablets pay more than WiFi ones on this model, at every grade and both capacities. At the top of the range it is about forty dollars. The table below is all WiFi prices. We email you a prepaid USPS label. Sign out of your Samsung account and your Google account, then erase the tablet. Pop the microSD card out and keep it, because whatever is on it travels with the tablet otherwise. Put the S Pen in the box. Keep the keyboard cover and the case at home.
Your tablet is checked by hand within 48 hours of arriving. If it matches what you told us, payment leaves the same day by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. Every device we take in gets a Department of Defense grade wipe, including the ones we recycle rather than buy.

GALAXY TAB S10 PLUS BUYBACK QUESTIONS
Storage, connectivity and wear decide it. A 512GB WiFi tablet in Flawless condition is $371. The same tablet with a cracked screen is $62. A 256GB WiFi one in Average condition sits at $233. Run the quote tool at the top of this page for the exact figure on yours.
Then the tablet grades Faulty, whatever else is true about it. This is the harshest rule on the page and we would rather you heard it here than found out at inspection. The S Pen shipped in the box with the Tab S10 Plus, so a tablet without one is incomplete rather than merely worn. A replacement pen bought secondhand is fine by us. It has to be a Tab S10 Plus S Pen and it has to write. Check the flat magnetic strip on the back first, since that is where it lives and that is where it slides off in a bag.
Yes. Any crack or chip anywhere, screen, back or camera glass, puts the tablet in Faulty. That is a price, not a refusal: $55 at 256GB and $62 at 512GB on WiFi. Pick Faulty when you quote, tell us it is cracked, and nothing changes when it reaches us.
They are the same size, the same shape and almost the same weight, so this catches people out. Three ways to settle it. Tilt the screen under a lamp: the Tab S10 Plus has the matte anti-reflective finish and the Tab S9 Plus is glossy. Check the color: the S10 Plus came in Moonstone Gray and Platinum Silver, the S9 Plus in Graphite and Beige. Or read it off the tablet itself in Settings, About tablet, where SM-X820 or SM-X826 is the S10 Plus and SM-X810 or SM-X816 is the S9 Plus. It does, on every row. A 512GB cellular tablet in Good condition is $351 against $311 for the WiFi version of the same thing. One extra requirement comes with it: a cellular Tab S10 Plus has an IMEI and that IMEI has to be clean, so anything reported lost or stolen or blocked by a carrier fails there. A WiFi tablet has no IMEI at all, so the check does not apply to it. Either way there is no carrier lock on a Galaxy Tab and no network pays more than another.
Two accounts, and both of them matter. Sign out of your Samsung account and sign out of your Google account, then erase the tablet from Settings, General management, Reset, Factory data reset.
If either account is still signed in when it lands here, the tablet locks itself on first boot and we cannot test it or buy it. That is the same answer for a Google FRP lock or a tripped Knox counter. Doing it in that order, sign out then erase, is what prevents it. No. There is no battery percentage rule on any Samsung tablet we buy, and nobody here is going to ask you to go looking for a battery health screen. Battery only touches your grade if it has actually stopped working, and at that point it is caught by the same rule as anything else that does not work: if a part of the tablet has failed, the tablet is Faulty. A Tab S10 Plus that holds a charge through a working day is fine and needs no further thought.
Burn-in makes a tablet Faulty, and this one can get it, because the Tab S10 Plus has an AMOLED panel rather than an LCD. Test it in a dim room. Push the brightness all the way up, open a plain white image full screen, and look for ghosts of the navigation bar along the bottom edge or the status icons along the top. Those are the parts that never move. A faint green or blue cast when you look from the side is not burn-in, and neither is one dead pixel. A shadow of the clock that is still there when the clock is not is.
Keep them. The Book Cover Keyboard, a slim book cover, a folio case, a spare charger: none of them are priced into the quote, so they add nothing to what you are paid and they can go missing in transit. The S Pen is the one exception and it does need to travel with the tablet. Everything else stays with you.
Light wear you would not notice from arm's length. One step up, Flawless means no marks at all. One step down, Average means wear you can see but cannot feel with a fingernail. Fair is heavy wear you can feel, with the glass still whole. Faulty is any crack, any chip, any part that has stopped working, burn-in, or a missing S Pen. Grade it the way a stranger would rather than the way you remember buying it, and you will not be surprised by the inspection.
We cannot put a price on that one. A tablet with no power cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared off it, and we are not going to buy something we cannot wipe. What we will do is recycle it for free. Send it on a free label, we destroy the data to Department of Defense standards and dispose of it properly. If you would rather have it back, that return is free too.
Not while there is a balance on it. A tablet still sitting on an installment plan or a lease counts as being under a financial obligation, and we do not purchase devices under financial obligations. Settle it, own it outright, then come back and quote it normally.
Then we have to turn it down. Blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or blocked by a carrier are all the same answer, and so is a tablet still locked to somebody's Samsung or Google account. None of those can be bought at any grade. If you are selling a cellular model and you are not sure, the IMEI is in Settings, About tablet, and it is worth checking before you post it rather than after.
They are different things. The carrier deal pays you in credit spread across a two year contract, and it usually needs you to open or extend a plan to get the headline figure. A Buyback pays cash.
