No. There is no battery percentage rule on Samsung phones here. We do not ask you to find a battery health screen and we do not grade a Note 20 Ultra 5G down for a tired battery. A six year old phone has a tired battery. The only way the battery reaches the grade is if it has actually stopped working, and that is the same rule that covers everything else on the phone.

Then it grades Faulty, and this is the rule to understand before you quote. It is not a checklist, it is a principle: if any part of the phone does not do its job, the phone is Faulty. A speaker that buzzes, a button that needs two presses, a charging port that only takes on one angle, a camera that will not focus, a fingerprint reader that has given up. Two minutes with the phone catches nearly all of it. Play a video with the sound up, press every button twice, swap between the three rear cameras, plug the charger in and wiggle it.

Not while it is locked. A phone still signed in to a Google account arrives with the factory reset protection lock on, and it cannot be set up by anyone else, so we cannot buy it at any grade. The fix is on your side and takes a minute: remove the Google account in Settings, Accounts and backup, then do the factory reset. A tripped Knox counter is the same answer, and so is a phone reported lost or stolen, blacklisted or blocked by a carrier.
