Look at the bottom edge. A 3.5 mm headphone socket means you are holding a Galaxy A25 5G. No socket means a Galaxy A26 5G. If you want to be certain, open Settings and tap About phone: the A26 reads SM-A266U or SM-A266U1, and the A25 reads SM-A256U or SM-A256U1. The two phones look near enough identical from the front, and they are worth different money, so it is worth the ten seconds.

Good means light wear that disappears at arm's length. Hold the phone at reading distance in daylight, and if you cannot pick out a mark, that is Good. Flawless means no marks at all, anywhere.

There is no battery percentage rule on Samsung phones, so do not go hunting for a battery health screen. A tired battery that still charges and still runs the phone does not change your grade at all. A battery that has actually failed, one that will not charge or that shuts the phone off at 40 percent, is a broken part, and a broken part means Faulty. Nothing in between.

It does. The A26 has a Super AMOLED panel, and AMOLED can hold a faint ghost of whatever sat still on it for months, usually the navigation bar or a keyboard. Burn-in grades the phone Faulty. Yes, a carrier lock is not a blocker. The prices on this page are for an unlocked A26. Choose your carrier in the quote tool instead and read the number it gives you before you send anything, because a locked phone is worth less to us than an unlocked one and on some models a good deal less. If your carrier will release the phone first, do that and quote it again.

Not while there is a balance on it. A phone on an installment plan or a lease is still partly the carrier's, and we do not purchase devices under financial obligations. Your carrier can tell you the payoff amount in a minute. Settle it, then come back and quote the phone normally.

Those we cannot buy at any grade. A Galaxy A26 5G that still asks for the previous owner's Google account after a reset is FRP locked, and it is useless to the next person. Sign out of your Google account and switch off Find My Mobile before you factory reset, and the lock never engages.
