No. Every book style foldable has one and the Open's is shallower than most, which is why some owners only notice it when the light catches it. It is the point the screen bends at. We expect to see it on every Open that arrives and it does not move your grade. Run a fingernail along it if you want to be sure of what you are feeling: a shallow dip that runs the full height of the screen is the crease, and a hard edge or a step you can catch a nail on is a crack, which is a different answer.

A crack in the little outer screen does the same thing to the grade as a crack in the big inner one, and so does a chip anywhere on the frame or the back. Below it, Average is light wear you cannot feel with a fingernail, and Fair is heavy wear you can feel but with no cracks and no chips. No. There is no battery percentage rule on any Android phone we buy, so there is no health screen to go hunting for and no number to report. The only way the battery affects your Open is if it has genuinely stopped working, and that is caught by the same rule that covers everything else that does not work. If it holds a charge and the phone runs, the battery is not costing you anything.

They are close cousins and easy to mix up. Read the back and the model number. A OnePlus Open says OnePlus on it and carries the model number CPH2551, which you will find on the inside of the SIM tray and in Settings, About device. An Oppo Find N3 is the same hardware sold under Oppo's name with a different number, and it needs its own quote rather than this page. If the number on yours starts with PHN, you are holding the Oppo.

The Open was sold in the US as 16GB with 512GB, and that is the version almost everyone here has. A 1TB Open is an import, and it is not carrying a price with us at the moment. Quote it anyway.
