SELL YOUR MOTO G POWER (2024)
A Moto G Power (2024) pays between $1 and $10 here. That is small money and we are not going to dress it up. It was a budget phone when it was new and two years have gone past since. It is still money you do not have while the phone sits in a drawer, and the mailing costs you nothing.
Most people call it a trade-in. We call it a Buyback, and the difference is what happens after you mail it. We wipe it, we track it, and we tell you what we found.
This phone charges wirelessly, which was unusual on a phone this cheap. It is also the part almost nobody checks before selling. Lay the phone face up on any Qi pad and watch the screen. The battery icon should switch over within a few seconds. If it does not, try a second pad before you decide anything, because pads fail too. If neither one works, the coil has gone, and a function that does not work makes the phone Faulty however clean the glass looks.
Cracks are the other automatic Faulty. Run a fingernail across the front glass, the back panel and the camera glass. A scratch glides under your nail. A chip catches on it. If it catches anywhere, pick Faulty when you quote and nothing changes when the phone reaches us.
Where to sell a Moto G Power (2024) really comes down to who still quotes one at all. We do, used or broken, unlocked or carrier locked. If it will not power on we cannot buy it, because a phone with no power cannot be tested and your data cannot be cleared off it. We recycle those free instead, and every device that reaches us gets wiped to Department of Defense standards either way.
LIVE PRICES
The used resale value of a Moto G Power (2024) runs from $1 at the bottom of this grid to $10 at the top. Every figure is pulled live from our own feed, so it is what we are paying today.
Motorola built this one in a single 128GB size, so wear is the only thing moving the number. The prices below are the unlocked ones, and no carrier version of this phone pays more than these.
| Comparison row | 128GB |
|---|---|
Brand New | $10 |
Flawless | $10 |
Good | $5 |
Average | $4 |
Fair | $3 |
Faulty | $1 |
HOW IT WORKS
Pick your carrier and the grade that matches the wear. Put it on a charging pad first, because that one test can move you a whole row. The Buyback price you accept is locked for 14 days.
We email you a prepaid USPS label. Sign out of your Google account, factory reset the phone, take the SIM and any memory card out, and box it. Keep the charger, the cable and the case at home. Those are not priced in and we would rather they stayed with you.
Your phone clears inspection within 48 hours of arriving. If it matches what you told us, payment leaves the same day by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer or check. We run a Department of Defense grade wipe on every phone, whether we buy it or recycle it.

MOTO G POWER (2024) BUYBACK QUESTIONS
Storage does not vary on this phone, so wear decides everything. An Average one, meaning light marks you cannot feel with a fingernail, is $4. Tidy that up to Good and it is $5. A sealed one that was never switched on is $10. Run the quote tool at the top of the page for your exact phone.
Check Settings, About phone, and read the Model number line. XT2415 is the 2024. XT2515 is the 2025. Without the phone in front of you there are two more tells: the 2024 has a 6.7 inch screen and no water resistance rating at all, while the 2025 grew to 6.8 inches and carries an IP68 rating. If yours turns out to be the newer one, our sell your Moto G Power (2025) page carries its own prices, and they are higher.
Yes. Any function that has stopped working puts a Motorola into Faulty, and wireless charging counts. Test it before you quote: lay the phone face up in the middle of a Qi pad and watch for the charging icon. Nothing after ten seconds means nudge it, since the coil sits high on the back and alignment matters. Still nothing on two different pads and the coil has failed. Pick Faulty rather than hoping, because we find it at inspection and the number changes anyway.
Yes. A crack or a chip anywhere, front, back or camera glass, moves the phone into Faulty. That is a price, not a refusal. A cracked one still pays $1. Choose Faulty when you quote and there is no surprise at the other end.
Good means light wear you cannot see from arm's length. Hold the phone out, look at it under a normal lamp, and if nothing shows, that is Good.
Average is the next rung down: marks you can see up close but cannot feel with a fingernail. Fair is heavy wear you can feel, with no cracks and no chips. Flawless means no marks at all, and Brand New means sealed and never switched on. Any crack, chip or broken function skips all of that and lands on Faulty.
No. There is no battery percentage rule on Motorola phones, so do not go looking for a health screen and do not worry about a number. The 5000mAh cell in this one is the reason people bought it, and years of charging have not changed how we grade it. A battery that genuinely does not work is a different matter, because that is a function that has stopped working, and that grades Faulty like anything else.
We cannot buy that one, and the reason is practical rather than fussy. A phone with no power cannot be tested, and your photos, messages and saved passwords cannot be cleared off it, so we will not put a price on something we cannot check. What we will do is recycle it for nothing. Mail it on a free label, we wipe it and dispose of it properly. Ask for it back instead and the return is free as well.
Not until the balance is settled. A phone still sitting on an installment plan or a lease counts as being under a financial obligation, and we do not purchase devices under financial obligations. Clear it, own it outright, then quote it here normally.
We have to turn it down. A Google account lock or an FRP lock leaves the phone stuck on a sign-in screen that only the original owner can pass, and there is no grade for that. The same goes for anything blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or blocked by a carrier. Sign out of your Google account before you factory reset, in that order, and the lock never appears.
Usually not on a phone this old, and the shape of the two offers is different. A carrier hands you bill credit spread over 24 or 36 months, tied to a plan you have to keep paying. We send you cash, once, within a day of your phone clearing inspection, and you can leave whenever you like. Get the carrier's number first if you want to compare. Our price is on this page with nothing hidden behind it.
Keep them. The charger, the cable, the case and the box are not priced into the offer, so sending them adds nothing and only risks them going missing in the mail. Take out your SIM and any microSD card as well. That card is yours and there is no way for us to send it back once the phone is processed.
Do it in two steps and in this order. First open Settings, Passwords and accounts, tap your Google account and remove it. Then Settings, System, Reset options, Erase all data. Your photos, messages and saved passwords are erased and they cannot be recovered. There is a full walkthrough on our erase your device page. We run our own wipe when the phone arrives, but yours needs to come off first so no lock is left behind.
Four ways, and you pick at checkout. A gift card is emailed and works out about 3 percent better than the rest, because the brands add a bonus on top. PayPal is instant, minus the 2.99 percent fee PayPal charges. A bank transfer takes 2 to 4 days and a mailed check takes 3 to 5. Whichever you choose, it goes out the same day your phone clears inspection. One exception: a sealed Brand New phone is paid through PayPal only.
Straight answer, the numbers on this page are tiny. They run from $1 to $10 and we are not going to pretend that is a payday. What it is: money for something doing nothing in a drawer, with free shipping, a free return if you change your mind, and a proper wipe on a phone that still has your accounts on it. If it is too far gone to carry a price, the recycling is free too. Both of those beat the drawer.
Pick your carrier and your grade. It takes about a minute, and we hold the number for 14 days.
