IPAD PRO 13 INCH M4 BUYBACK
An iPad Pro 13-inch (M4) runs from $149 for a damaged 256GB to $803 for a 2TB still sealed in its box. All twenty four WiFi prices sit in the table below, and which one is yours comes down to the storage tier you bought and the state it is in now.
A Buyback grid is not evenly spaced, and this one shows it plainly. Two years of ordinary use usually looks like light marks you cannot feel with a fingernail, which is Average, and Average sits within about fifteen percent of a tablet nobody has ever opened. Then it drops. Fair pays roughly a third less than the row above it, and Faulty halves that again. Your grade is not really a judgement about how tidy the iPad looks. It turns on whether something on it is broken, and that is a yes or a no.
This is the model where Apple went very thin. At 5.1mm the 13-inch M4 is the thinnest product Apple has ever shipped, thinner than an iPod nano was. It is a genuinely impressive object and it is also the reason to check one thing before you pick a grade. Lay the iPad face down on a flat table and press each corner in turn. If it rocks or sits unevenly, the frame has taken a bend at some point, and a bent frame grades as Faulty however good the screen looks.
The rest of the Faulty list is the usual one: any crack or chip, a battery under 80 percent, a screen that is not original, visible burn-in on the OLED panel, an engraving, Face ID that will not read, a dead speaker or mic, and any button that has stopped working. Faulty still carries a real price, so send it either way.
LIVE PRICES
A used iPad Pro 13-inch (M4) has a resale value of roughly $149 to $803, set by storage size and condition.
These are WiFi figures. A WiFi + Cellular model adds roughly 30 dollars at the better grades and less further down. Select yours in the quote for the exact number.

How It Works
Read the model number on the back to separate the M4 from the M5, then set WiFi or Cellular, storage, and condition. That Buyback price stays yours for 14 days.
We email a prepaid USPS label. Erase it, sign out of iCloud, and pack the tablet well, because a 5.1mm iPad needs padding on every side. Send the iPad only.
It is inspected within 48 hours of reaching us. Where it matches your description you are paid the same day, by gift card, PayPal, bank transfer, or check.

GOOD TO KNOW
A 256GB WiFi model in Average condition pays $470. A 2TB in Good condition pays $730, and a 256GB graded Faulty pays $149. The table above lists all of them.
Only the model number tells you. A2925, A2926, and A3007 are the M4. A3360, A3361, and A3362 are the newer M5. The two are the same size and weight and neither is marked on the outside, so appearance is no help at all. You will find the number in small print on the back, or under Settings, then General, then About.
Apple changed the name from 12.9-inch to 13-inch with this generation, which trips people up. Three things separate them. The M4 starts at 256GB while the older 12.9-inch also came in 128GB. The M4 is 5.1mm thick and the 12.9-inch is noticeably chunkier. And the model number on the older one is A2436, A2437, A2764, or A2766. If yours is one of those, use the 12.9-inch page instead.
It does. A tablet this thin can take a slight bend from being carried in a full bag or slept on, and often the screen still works perfectly so nothing looks wrong. Lay it face down on a flat table and press each corner. Any rocking means the frame is bent, which grades as Faulty. Pick that and you still get the Faulty price for your size.
Yes, by about 30 dollars on the stronger grades and less as the condition falls. There is no SIM tray to look for, since this generation is eSIM only. Open Settings instead: a Cellular model has a Cellular Data section and a WiFi one does not.
Not by itself. Apple only sold nano-texture on the 1TB and 2TB models, so if you have it you are already in the higher paying sizes. Be careful with it though. The glass is etched, it marks easily, and only the dry polishing cloth it shipped with should touch it. Scratches or hazy areas count as screen damage and grade the tablet Faulty.
You can, at the Faulty price. Cracks and chips count anywhere, on the display, the aluminum back, or the camera glass. On a panel this large the corners are where hairline cracks start, so tilt it under a light and check the edges properly.
It can. The M4 was the first iPad with an OLED screen, and OLED is the panel type that burns in. After a couple of years a faint permanent outline of the dock or the status bar can appear. Anything visible grades as Faulty. A plain white screen at full brightness, viewed at an angle, is the easiest way to check.
Faulty is the grade. There is no fingerprint reader on an iPad Pro, so Face ID has to work for anything better. The speakers, the microphones, and every button need to work too.
Under 80 percent it grades Faulty, and so does a service battery notice. Settings, then Battery, shows you the health figure on current software. Two years in, most of these are still comfortably above 80, so this is a check that usually confirms the grade you were going to pick anyway.
No, keep them. The quote is for the tablet alone and accessories are not priced into it, so a Pencil, a Magic Keyboard, or a case cannot be paid for if you send them. You will do better selling those separately.
Not for a cash price. Without power we cannot test it or erase what is on it, so there is no grade to assign. Free recycling or a free return are both available instead. Tell us which you want.
Two things. A tablet with payments still running on a monthly plan or a lease counts as being under a financial obligation, and we cannot buy those until the balance is cleared. And Activation Lock has to be off, which means signing out of iCloud first. On a Cellular model the IMEI also has to be clean, so anything reported lost or stolen goes back to you.
Four to choose from. Gift cards average around 3 percent above the cash figure because brands add a bonus. PayPal is instant, less PayPal's 2.99 percent. Bank transfers take 2 to 4 days and checks 3 to 5. A tablet graded Brand New is paid by PayPal only.
Back it up, sign out of iCloud so Find My and Activation Lock switch off, then erase the tablet from Settings. Our Device Erasure Guides cover it step by step. Everything is wiped again to DoD standard when it arrives with us.
