"The process to sell an older model iPhone was fairly simple. Buyback will send a label, I packaged the phone and sent it out. They gave me a fair price which I accepted. The only difficult part was that the payment is in the form of a gift card so I was redirected to the gift card site and the email with a link to the gift card kept going into my fire wall so I had to write to BuyBack's customer service and ask that they send it again. BuyBack's customer service is excellent with immediate response and they were very helpful. I would recommend BuyBack if you don't mind receiving a gift card instead of cash. In my situation, the phone was only worth $100 so I got an Amazon gift card and spent it in one day."
